Key Features
How to Prepare
1.
Boil: Heat 1.5
to 2 liters of milk. Add sugar to taste, along with cardamom and a small stick
of cinnamon.

Combine: Place
the Banoful Lachcha Shemai in a large bowl.
3.
Soak: Pour the
hot milk over the Shemai. Do not boil the Shemai in the milk, as it may
become too soft.
4.
Wait: Cover
and let it sit for 5 minutes.
5.
Finish: Garnish
with ghee-fried cashews, raisins, and almonds. Serve warm or chilled.
